CADEN WILLIAMS
Caden is a founding Principal of R&W Management, where he leads Operations, Acquisitions, and Property Management. Since launching his investment career in 2020, Caden has led the acquisition of over $10 million in real estate assets through his firm CHW Companies, including single-family rentals, affordable multifamily housing, and mixed-use commercial properties. He began his career with Trilogy by Shea Homes, where he managed the construction of 28 homes totaling more than $15 million in value. Caden brings deep experience in ground-up development, value-add renovation, and operational execution to R&W’s growing portfolio.

PETER RUSSO
Peter Russo is a Principal of R&W Properties, where he oversees Acquisitions, Financial Analysis, and Capital Markets. Peter’s personal investment track record includes the acquisition & management of multifamily assets in Tucson, Southern California and Las Vegas, averaging a 40%+ IRR upon exit. Peter has also worked at CBRE as Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance, assisting clients with debt & equity placement on multifamily, industrial, and retail assets. Prior to CBRE, Peter worked at Equus Capital Partners, a Real Estate Private Equity Fund, where he participated in the acquisition and disposition of over $1.5B of industrial, office, and multifamily real estate.
